Spectators: 7516 (Terracing: 5638, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Andrez Marichal took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Warberg FC's goalkeeper Lars-Erik Pettersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evert Tilens. 4 minutes in the game, Simon Cheepers fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lars-Erik Pettersson having to interfere. When Kickers United's Evert Tilens in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Warberg FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Evert Tilens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Cheepers got free with Lars-Erik Pettersson in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Kickers United's Frans Moerman got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 16th match minute, Warberg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Staffan Bergman to maneuver through the defense. Andrez Marichal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Lars-Erik Pettersson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Staffan Bergman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute Josef Blomqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthonio Van Bets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evert Tilens's late challenge caught a Warberg FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evert Tilens helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th match minute, Kickers United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Tilens to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute Josef Blomqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthonio Van Bets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anthonio Van Bets made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennart Skark in the 37th minute of play. A collision led to Warberg FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Lennart Skark hit a great ball. Evert Tilens hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Andrez Marichal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars-Erik Pettersson was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Erling Mårtensson kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute of the match Frans Moerman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lars-Erik Pettersson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Bengt-Rune Rydelius fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Warberg FC's protests and gave Bengt-Rune Rydelius a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Warberg FC's Bengt-Rune Rydelius got a free kick in the 48th minute. In the 49thth minute of the game Andrez Marichal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Warberg FC's Lars-Erik Pettersson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Josef Blomqvist to make the kick off. Warberg FC's Lars-Erik Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrez Marichal in the 55th minute of play. Lars-Erik Pettersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrez Marichal in the 58th minute of play. After 68 minutes of play, Kickers United's Andrez Marichal made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lars-Erik Pettersson was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Evert Tilens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Kickers United getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Jamie Lembrechts hit a great ball. After 86 played minutes Warberg FC got a freekick which was hit by Eric Groth. When Kickers United's Andrez Marichal in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Lars-Erik Pettersson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrez Marichal's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. With a little luck, Kickers United's Anthonio Van Bets got control of the ball when Josef Blomqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kickers United fans cheered their team off the field, for while Warberg FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
