Spectators: 7569 (Terracing: 5678, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) ManagerZone Academy's Filippo Inzaghi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8thth minute of the game Serafino Tino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Vertigo's Daniel Chirea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Filippo Inzaghi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goalkeeper Daniel Chirea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serafino Tino. ManagerZone Academy's Gatot Sessa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Giubelean in the 13th minute of play. Club Vertigo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Filip Bocșa in the 15th minute. Filip Bocșa made a great header on Club Vertigo's corner, it was just that ManagerZone Academy's Gatot Sessa managed to reach the ball for a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sabin Corcoveanu during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of ManagerZone Academy booed when Club Vertigo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabin Corcoveanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Chirea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafino Tino, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 22 played minutes Club Vertigo got a freekick which was hit by Aurelian Mănescu. If Ruben Ayala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute Dumitru Mavrogheni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gatot Sessa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute of the match Club Vertigo got a corner. ManagerZone Academy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Filip Bocșa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Filip Bocșa made a great header on Club Vertigo's corner, it was just that ManagerZone Academy's Gatot Sessa managed to reach the ball for a save. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dumitru Mavrogheni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Club Vertigo got a freekick which was hit by Gelu Pașcalău. Serafino Tino scored 3-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniel Chirea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Club Vertigo booed when ManagerZone Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omar Belarmo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filip Bocșa shot from long distance in the 56th minute, but Gatot Sessa was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Daniel Chirea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filippo Inzaghi in the 65th minute of play. Gatot Sessa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Giubelean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute David Giubelean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gatot Sessa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filippo Inzaghi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Filippo Inzaghi managed to get in a good position for a shot. ManagerZone Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Filippo Inzaghi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Chirea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ManagerZone Academy's Gatot Sessa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabin Corcoveanu in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Alvaro Henry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gatot Sessa made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Dumitru Mavrogheni sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sabin Corcoveanu got free with Gatot Sessa in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Gelu Pașcalău fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Vertigo's protests and gave Gelu Pașcalău a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Club Vertigo getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Gelu Pașcalău hit a great ball. After 97 played minutes, ManagerZone Academy's Omar Belarmo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Chirea came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ManagerZone Academy reached it. ManagerZone Academy's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
