Spectators: 7509 (Terracing: 5632, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pedro Luiz da Cunha started the match with the kick off. Túlio Oury made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salomon Pélage in the 3rd minute of play. Pedro Luiz da Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Túlio Oury showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franck Gigot in the 13th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Franck Gigot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fierce's supporters rose to their feet, but Franck Gigot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Túlio Oury breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Salomon Pélage kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. With 23 minutes on the clock, Flávio Rocha commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 23rd minute, one of EngTULIO&Tupipano:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for EngTULIO&Tupipano. After a defensive mix-up in EngTULIO&Tupipano's zone, Salomon Pélage stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Túlio Oury came out of the goal and Salomon Pélage tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Túlio Oury took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrice Deltour, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Túlio Oury came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fierce's Patrice Deltour. But to his dismay, Patrice Deltour quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. EngTULIO&Tupipano's Túlio Oury played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salomon Pélage in the 43rd minute of play. EngTULIO&Tupipano's Pedro Luiz da Cunha got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrice Deltour made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Fierce's Sammy Ardouin got a free kick in the 52nd minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of EngTULIO&Tupipano:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fierce:s goal. The goalkeeper, Túlio Oury, was totally fooled by Fierce's Eymeric Roux, who 59 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. A collision led to EngTULIO&Tupipano getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Doriva Gerber hit a great ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Gilvan Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EngTULIO&Tupipano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilvan Amorim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Franck Gigot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patrice Deltour in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Túlio Oury, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Fierce booed when EngTULIO&Tupipano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raí de Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Doriva Gerber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of EngTULIO&Tupipano booed when Fierce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hubert Pellegrini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jolan Grosjean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luiz da Cunha in the 91st minute of play. In the 97th minute Hubert Pellegrini suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. 97 minutes into the game, Abelardo Pontes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EngTULIO&Tupipano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fierce the free kick. Abelardo Pontes kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. The EngTULIO&Tupipano supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Fierce's performance. The match ended with a win for Fierce.
