Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerry Mattsson in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvald Albom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aleksander Eliasson got free with Osvald Albom in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Skates's Osvald Albom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksander Eliasson in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, DFP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Lööf to maneuver through the defense. Osvald Albom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerry Mattsson in the 28th minute. Eric Lilja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claes Wennersten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elof Caspersson during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd minute Alex Lööf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvald Albom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 played minutes The Skates got a freekick which was hit by Rickard Håning. After 47 minutes, Gert Bammerman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Skates and the DFP players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of DFP booed when The Skates was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gert Bammerman didn't get a good kick on the ball.

After a rather tough play, The Skates's Ingemar Morat got a free kick in the 54th minute. Ingemar Morat hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. When Anthon Sjödin fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DFP's protests and gave Anthon Sjödin a yellow card for diving instead. Anthon Sjödin hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match.
