Eusebio Marz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Augusto Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vitinho Galvão got free with Eusebio Marz in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Ruy in the 13th minute of play forced Breguete FC's goalkeeper Júlio Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Breguete FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Arnaldo Vidal hit a great ball. If Jose Isidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the game, José Augusto Santos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Eusebio Marz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Isidor during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Social y Dep. Patagonia getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Jose Isidor hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Breguete FC's José Augusto Santos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eusebio Marz. That made the score 2-0 after 35 minutes of play. Eusebio Marz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Augusto Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 43rd minute, Breguete FC's José Augusto Santos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Eusebio Marz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnaldo Vidal in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

52 minutes into the match, Hernan Ruy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júlio Soares. Breguete FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hernan Ruy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. With his leg Júlio Soares managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Social y Dep. Patagonia's Hernan Ruy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Júlio Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Isidor in the 60th minute of play. Júlio Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Galoer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júlio Soares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hernan Ruy in the 64th minute. Juan Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Hernan Ruy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Saverio Galoer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erivaldo Rezende's late challenge caught a Social y Dep. Patagonia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erivaldo Rezende helped the player get up and apologised. José Augusto Santos struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Eusebio Marz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Breguete FC. Júlio Soares made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Hernan Ruy sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Breguete FC's Júlio Soares got control of the ball when Jose Isidor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hernan Ruy in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Júlio Soares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eusebio Marz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitinho Galvão in the 88th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Vidal notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Social y Dep. Patagonia's Eusebio Marz. Eusebio Marz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Social y Dep. Patagonia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Breguete FC.
