Flávio Eiró helped the player get up and apologised. Bento Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Max Hawthorne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ForestFire fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Aprígio Campos struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Rusty Deering didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VB-Team. The audience was convinced that Tuan Zimmerman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aprígio Eanes was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After 87 played minutes, VB-Team's Rafael Matos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rusty Deering came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in VB-Team reached it. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind ForestFire's goalkeeper Rusty Deering, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The VB-Team supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ForestFire's performance. The match ended with a win for ForestFire.
