Spectators: 7478 (Terracing: 5610, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) Halcones Azules's Godofredo Rito started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vicente Berdoi came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Las Momias F. C.'s Jesus Tabby. But to his dismay, Jesus Tabby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Las Momias F. C.'s Walter Sanvicente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Abajas in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute Jesus Tabby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Berdoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes Las Momias F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Blas Lidon. Halcones Azules's Godofredo Rito got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Godofredo Rito hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. If Blas Lidon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Isidro Argenis came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Las Momias F. C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Argenis couldn't finish the play. After 32 played minutes Halcones Azules got a freekick which was hit by Omar Ekain. Las Momias F. C.'s Aldo Chaime got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Walter Sanvicente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Abajas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Las Momias F. C.'s Walter Sanvicente got control of the ball when Nicasio Calvet tried to sneak it across the goal line. Walter Sanvicente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Calvet in the 45th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Halcones Azules's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Lidon came free, but Vicente Berdoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jesus Tabby was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Las Momias F. C.'s Jesus Tabby ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vicente Berdoi. Vicente Berdoi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. In the 58th match minute, Halcones Azules was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicasio Calvet to maneuver through the defense. Jesus Tabby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Berdoi having to interfere. Halcones Azules's Armando Monico was substituted for Marco Donzel. Halcones Azules's Adrian Sauveur was substituted for Horacio Ikatz. The supporters of Las Momias F. C. booed when Halcones Azules was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Rito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walter Sanvicente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Abajas in the 75th minute of play. Walter Sanvicente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Abajas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicasio Calvet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Sanvicente having to interfere. Walter Sanvicente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Abajas in the 79th minute of the match. With his leg Vicente Berdoi managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Las Momias F. C.'s Jesus Tabby fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Angelo Aimar kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Conrado Abajas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Sanvicente having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conrado Abajas in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walter Sanvicente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Las Momias F. C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
