The supporters of De Boedo Vengo booed when Brooklyn SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Chandler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgar Chandler hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the match, De Boedo Vengo's Lázaro Turi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 10th minute, Orlando Segio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Glen Goode made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Ibañez in the 16th minute of play. A collision led to Brooklyn SC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Domenic Ring hit a great ball. Nicasio Bartoleme struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Glen Goode didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for De Boedo Vengo. The supporters of Brooklyn SC booed when De Boedo Vengo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Turi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Pascal Dailey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Gunn in the 23rd minute of play forced De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Cayetano Esdras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, De Boedo Vengo's Santo Patrido seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Santo Patrido the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of De Boedo Vengo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Santo Patrido had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Santo Patrido kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th match minute, De Boedo Vengo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Segio to maneuver through the defense. If Darnell Watts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 played minutes Brooklyn SC got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Chandler. 38 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Gilen came free, but Glen Goode reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Orlando Segio fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored De Boedo Vengo's protests and gave Orlando Segio a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes De Boedo Vengo got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Segio. After 46 played minutes De Boedo Vengo got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Tab. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicasio Bartoleme was the one to do the kick off. Amadeo Gomesano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Glen Goode tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Aaron Gunn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cayetano Esdras was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 61st minute, Brooklyn SC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nicasio Bartoleme fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cayetano Esdras came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Brooklyn SC's Aaron Gunn. But to his dismay, Aaron Gunn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Aaron Gunn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brooklyn SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Gunn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cayetano Esdras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pascal Dailey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Brooklyn SC's Domenic Ring got a free kick in the 75th minute. A collision led to De Boedo Vengo getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Nicasio Bartoleme hit a great ball. Pascal Dailey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Cayetano Esdras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, Natalio Gilen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. De Boedo Vengo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brooklyn SC the free kick. Natalio Gilen kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. A collision led to De Boedo Vengo getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Orlando Segio hit a great ball. Brooklyn SC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of De Boedo Vengo for a fine match.
