The audience thought a goal was coming when Dave Suc got free with Leonardo Castanheira in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tarcísio Neves hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. With 11 minutes on the clock, Tarcísio Neves commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of Feios Porcos E Maus:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fc Kertzfeld:s goal. 17 minutes into the game, Dove Fournie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Kertzfeld's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Feios Porcos E Maus the free kick. After a rather tough play, Fc Kertzfeld's Dove Fournie got a free kick in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Feios Porcos E Maus's zone, Ahmed Dechamps stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Castanheira came out of the goal and Ahmed Dechamps tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fc Kertzfeld's Gwendal Créteur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesualdo Fiúza in the 25th minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match Quintino Vilar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gwendal Créteur showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Leonardo Castanheira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dove Fournie in the 35th minute of play. When Moisés Lameirinhas fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Feios Porcos E Maus's protests and gave Moisés Lameirinhas a yellow card for diving instead. Jean-Marie Benech's late challenge caught a Feios Porcos E Maus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jean-Marie Benech helped the player get up and apologised. After 42 played minutes Fc Kertzfeld got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Marie Benech. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Jesualdo Fiúza made the kick off in the second half. Fc Kertzfeld's Johnny Cazeneuve pulled a muscle in his back after 54 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Jesualdo Fiúza's late challenge caught a Fc Kertzfeld's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jesualdo Fiúza helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th match minute, Feios Porcos E Maus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesualdo Fiúza to maneuver through the defense. Feios Porcos E Maus's Leonardo Castanheira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Suc in the 59th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Titouan Cribier during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Quintino Vilar, 61 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Titouan Cribier in the 67th minute of play forced Feios Porcos E Maus's goalkeeper Leonardo Castanheira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fc Kertzfeld's goalkeeper Gwendal Créteur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Moisés Lameirinhas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gwendal Créteur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Jesualdo Fiúza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Feios Porcos E Maus's supporters rose to their feet, but Jesualdo Fiúza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gwendal Créteur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gwendal Créteur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesualdo Fiúza in the 79th minute of the match.
