Radomil Smolarek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Kertzfeld. Gwendal Créteur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszek Gregorczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Zbyszek Gregorczyk hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Dave Suc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomil Smolarek having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dariusz Hryc got free with Gwendal Créteur in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute Zbyszek Gregorczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwendal Créteur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Zbyszek Gregorczyk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gwendal Créteur. Zbyszek Gregorczyk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Radomil Smolarek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Bresson, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The supporters of Fc Kertzfeld booed when FC Zarzyk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugeniusz Kasperowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dove Fournie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomil Smolarek having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Dave Suc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wlodzimierz Chlebek was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 37 minutes into the match. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Zarzyk! When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Enzo Bresson put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Radomil Smolarek.

The wind increased when Dariusz Hryc made the kick off in the second half. FC Zarzyk's Radomil Smolarek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Suc in the 55th minute of play. Enzo Bresson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Radomil Smolarek skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hugues Gelle's late challenge caught a FC Zarzyk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugues Gelle helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fc Kertzfeld's Hugues Gelle got a free kick in the 64th minute. Gwendal Créteur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Kasperowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Dave Suc's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Radomil Smolarek was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. When Fc Kertzfeld's Enzo Bresson in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dove Fournie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enzo Bressons short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Radomil Smolarek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Radomil Smolarek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Bresson in the 91st minute of the match. When Fc Kertzfeld's Enzo Bresson in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Zarzyk's goalie prevented a goal. The FC Zarzyk supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Fc Kertzfeld's performance. The match ended with a win for Fc Kertzfeld.
