After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Edgard Abascal managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC FUSION's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgard Abascal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per-Olof Bengtsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 22 played minutes, AFC FUSION's Leonides Txanton shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Per-Olof Bengtsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AFC FUSION reached it. Ramiro Arnalt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Olof Bengtsson having to interfere. Per-Olof Bengtsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Gonsalve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The AFC FUSION fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when AFC FUSION's Maximiliano Batista looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sven-Erik Dalman's late challenge caught a AFC FUSION's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. VfL Wolfsburg's Ulrik Sjögren quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 86 minutes, Benedicto Hustaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFC FUSION and the VfL Wolfsburg players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th match minute, AFC FUSION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedicto Hustaz to maneuver through the defense. VfL Wolfsburg's attentive Sven-Erik Dalman managed to snatch the ball when Nicolas Tagliafico made a throw-in in the 89th minute of the game. A collision led to AFC FUSION getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Gregorio Orlondon hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malcolm Morat in the 92nd minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Carolo Isidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 played minutes AFC FUSION got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Abascal. After 95 played minutes AFC FUSION got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Orlondon. AFC FUSION's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
