Claudinho Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Tipi in the 5th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Zé Paulo Valle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Jacuitiba - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Allan Leme hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Gelp 22's goal looked a bit too open when Dieguinho Magalhães came free, but Arnoldo Salamon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Diego Armando Dios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Zé Paulo Valle took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Arnoldo Salamon to make any attempt to save it. The referee felt a red card was in order, 21 minutes into the game, when Reynaldo Harkaitz put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Gelp 22's Reynaldo Harkaitz got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Benjamin Travassos got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Gelp 22 getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Diego Armando Dios hit a great ball. Luís Guilherme Custódio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Salamon having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Dieguinho Magalhães dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arnoldo Salamon, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Paulo Valle in the 32nd minute of play forced Gelp 22's goalkeeper Arnoldo Salamon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34thth minute of the game Cesar Criston who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Claudinho Medeiros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gelp 22's Arnoldo Salamon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Paulo Valle in the 41st minute of play. Arnoldo Salamon made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Dieguinho Magalhães sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Gelp 22's Arnoldo Salamon got control of the ball when Zé Paulo Valle tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Zé Paulo Valle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 54 minutes, Jaime Clemencin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gelp 22 and the Jacuitiba - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Gelp 22 getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jaime Clemencin hit a great ball. Arnoldo Salamon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Guilherme Custódio in the 56th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's zone, Cesar Criston stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudinho Medeiros came out of the goal and Cesar Criston tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd minute Zé Paulo Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Salamon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Zé Paulo Valle got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Arnoldo Salamon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. A collision led to Jacuitiba - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Bernardo Seco hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Gelp 22's Godofredo Jerrold slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claudinho Medeiros. That made the score 2-1 after 77 minutes of play. Elano Martins charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elano Martins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gelp 22 booed when Jacuitiba - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elano Martins didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute Dieguinho Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Salamon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnoldo Salamon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dieguinho Magalhães in the 88th minute of play. Zé Paulo Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Arnoldo Salamon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
