Thorsten Michalsky kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. A collision led to Grêmio Papão de WC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Clóvis Alves hit a great ball. Luiz Maia charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Maia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 22 played minutes Grêmio Papão de WC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Maia. Alberto Barros scored 1-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jupp Schultheiss, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jochen Wolters charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jochen Wolters the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wieland Drews fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moisés da Silveira having to interfere. With a little luck, Fc Schönhagen's Jupp Schultheiss got control of the ball when Alberto Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. Moisés da Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mike Iggelheimer in the 39th minute of play. Jupp Schultheiss made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Alberto Barros sent off a good shot on target. Alberto Barros took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jupp Schultheiss. Jupp Schultheiss dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 48 minutes into the match, Alberto Barros notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Fc Schönhagen's Jupp Schultheiss. Jupp Schultheiss was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erich Tuters made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Grêmio Papão de WC's goalkeeper Moisés da Silveira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erich Tuters. Alberto Barros struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Jupp Schultheiss didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grêmio Papão de WC. Alberto Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Grêmio Papão de WC's Hílton Prata was substituted for Clóvis Faria. Grêmio Papão de WC's Luiz Fábio Vinhas was substituted for Carlos Fernando Trancoso. 69 minutes into the match, Alberto Barros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jupp Schultheiss. Fc Schönhagen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Barros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Grêmio Papão de WC's Lucas Baptista was substituted for Luiz Maia. After having played for 79 minutes, Renato Netto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grêmio Papão de WC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renato Netto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jupp Schultheiss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Netto in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th minute of the match Lucas Baptista sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jupp Schultheiss skillfully saved the ball. Erich Tuters could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Moisés da Silveira made a huge save. In the 89th match minute, Grêmio Papão de WC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilton Monteiro to maneuver through the defense. Jupp Schultheiss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Netto, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the game, Raí Paraibano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grêmio Papão de WC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Schönhagen the free kick. In the 96th minute, Raí Paraibano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Barros charged in rather forcefully in the 98th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alberto Barros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
