Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Denis Bastiaro made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of CLATHU booed when Billesholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Ove Odman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baldomero Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. John Askelöf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan Fagerberg hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Billesholm's zone, Baldomero Garcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. John Askelöf came out of the goal and Baldomero Garcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Billesholm booed when CLATHU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Beturian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severo Ibon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrian Bergqvist's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. John Askelöf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Sasoin in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Denis Bastiaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Askelöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Billesholm's Hugo Kalfhage got a free kick in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, CLATHU's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Michael Åhlberg came free, but Severo Ibon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Michel Törnblom sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and CLATHU's Severo Ibon didn't even have to move. John Askelöf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Sasoin in the 32nd minute of the match. Karl-Michael Åhlberg took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severo Ibon. Severo Ibon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. CLATHU's Severo Ibon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Michael Åhlberg in the 44th minute of play. The supporters of Billesholm booed when CLATHU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Llin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severo Ibon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Michael Åhlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 48th minute, CLATHU's Javier Sasoin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind John Askelöf. John Askelöf yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Michael Åhlberg was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Billesholm's Karl-Michael Åhlberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Severo Ibon. That made the score 1-2 after 54 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Michael Åhlberg in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severo Ibon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 63 minutes into the game, Albano Geofredo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CLATHU's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Billesholm the free kick. Albano Geofredo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th minute Denis Bastiaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Askelöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Åhlberg in the 72nd minute of play forced CLATHU's goalkeeper Severo Ibon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosendo Checa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for John Askelöf. Billesholm's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Isidro Arias hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Åhlberg in the 80th minute of play forced CLATHU's goalkeeper Severo Ibon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Javier Sasoin charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Javier Sasoin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes CLATHU got a freekick which was hit by Javier Sasoin. Billesholm's Mark Holmgren got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. John Askelöf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Beturian, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Severo Ibon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Michael Åhlberg in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Karl-Michael Åhlberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Severo Ibon, 1-3. In the 96th match minute, CLATHU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Arias to maneuver through the defense. The Billesholm players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
