Bartolo Nafarroa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Rodolfo Mark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cesar Jenaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Victor Chago dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Casimiro Vermudo, 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Casimiro Vermudo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Jenaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Haroldo Atarrabi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Casimiro Vermudo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adolfo Sengrat who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Rodolfo Mark when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 73 minutes into the game, Bartolo Nafarroa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rodolfo Mark. Bartolo Nafarroa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. 77 minutes into the game, Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Haroldo Atarrabi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Casimiro Vermudo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 81st minute, Adolfo Sengrat left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monky FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Jenaro in the 84th minute of play forced Monky FC's goalkeeper Casimiro Vermudo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 played minutes Bartolo Nafarroa could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 4-3 into the left cross. Casimiro Vermudo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Abancens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the game, Haroldo Atarrabi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-3. Casimiro Vermudo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cesar Jenaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Vermudo having to interfere. In the 100th minute, Lorenzo Rumaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Monky FC's Casimiro Vermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Atarrabi in the 101st minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Alvarado de Mar del Plata had played much better football throughout.
