When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Victor Chago sped through Monky FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Casimiro Vermudo. 18 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Rumaldo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Monky FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alvarado de Mar del Plata the free kick. In the 18th match minute, Monky FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Rumaldo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Monky FC's zone, Casimiro Txilar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casimiro Vermudo came out of the goal and Casimiro Txilar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With 25 minutes on the clock, Bartolo Nafarroa commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Monky FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Alvarado de Mar del Plata a penalty, 27 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Roman Donio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Monky FC's Casimiro Vermudo. 0-2. Casimiro Vermudo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Jenaro in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Cesar Jenaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Casimiro Vermudo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Guido Feliu kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. When Victor Chago came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Alvarado de Mar del Plata fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Chago couldn't finish the play. Guido Feliu hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. When Nunez Gergori fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Monky FC's protests and gave Nunez Gergori a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Monky FC's Nunez Gergori got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Casimiro Vermudo came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Victor Chago. But to his dismay, Victor Chago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 47th minute Cesar Jenaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Vermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cesar Jenaro was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Jenaro in the 56th minute of play forced Monky FC's goalkeeper Casimiro Vermudo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesar Jenaro took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Casimiro Vermudo. Casimiro Vermudo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Cesar Jenaro succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-6. Adrian Jaunti charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Jaunti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 73 minutes into the game, Cesar Jenaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alvarado de Mar del Plata's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monky FC the free kick. Cesar Jenaro hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Haroldo Atarrabi got a free kick in the 94th minute. After 95 played minutes, Monky FC's Nicolas Anaya shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rodolfo Mark came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Monky FC reached it. With a little luck, Monky FC's Casimiro Vermudo got control of the ball when Haroldo Atarrabi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alvarado de Mar del Plata played a much better game than Monky FC and deserved their victory. The Monky FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
