Santana Abar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Velasco went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Discípulos de Ayn Rand booed when Pepsi Fuchibol Clu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christiano Abadie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frisco Abella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beat Abancens in the 45th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oto Abeita to make the kick off.
