The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 played minutes, Torekov's Tom Bredberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Menderes Hikmet came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Torekov reached it. Kristian Albom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özkan Geylanoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Özkan Geylanoğlu took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristian Albom. Kristian Albom dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. After the first half Gothic Souls were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Baturay İçöz scored 0-7 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristian Albom, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mustafa Emrah Ezelhan in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristian Albom saved Torekov from getting behind. Gothic Souls's Özkan Geylanoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Özkan Geylanoğlu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kristian Albom. That made the score 0-8 in the 63 minute of play. Kristian Albom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Emrah Ezelhan in the 70th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Torekov's goalkeeper Kristian Albom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Umur Yuluğ. In the 73rd match minute, Gothic Souls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abayhan Kırca to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Atabey Canfer could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Kristian Albom however easily saved by the left post. Kristian Albom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Özkan Geylanoğlu in the 77th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Torekov's goal looked a bit too open when Poyraz Suyurgal came free, but Kristian Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özkan Geylanoğlu in the 81st minute of play forced Torekov's goalkeeper Kristian Albom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kristian Albom was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Özkan Geylanoğlu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Özkan Geylanoğlu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. Mustafa Emrah Ezelhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Özkan Geylanoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the game, Gothic Souls's Atabey Canfer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristian Albom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-13.
