Poyraz Suyurgal struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Nestor Ongile didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gothic Souls. In the 27th minute, Cristian Beltza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Gothic Souls getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Atabey Canfer hit a great ball. After 32 minutes, Atabey Canfer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gothic Souls and the Black Sails players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 minutes, Özkan Geylanoğlu made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Black Sails's Nestor Ongile tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gregorio Raulo charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gregorio Raulo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Özkan Geylanoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Moises Fertus to strike the kick off in the second half. When Poyraz Suyurgal fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gothic Souls's protests and gave Poyraz Suyurgal a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gothic Souls's Poyraz Suyurgal got a free kick in the 51st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Gregorio Raulo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Black Sails's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregorio Raulo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Menderes Hikmet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nestor Ongile made an important save on a dangerous shot by Poyraz Suyurgal in the 63rd minute. After some careless play in the Black Sails defense, Özkan Geylanoğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nestor Ongile. The Black Sails fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nestor Ongile should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute, Gothic Souls's Özkan Geylanoğlu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. The Black Sails fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gothic Souls were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
