The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arvin Eriksson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mattias Holm's late challenge caught a Delphine Stars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mattias Holm helped the player get up and apologised. Delphine Stars's Emil Rădoi shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 14th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Arvin Eriksson but with some difficulty. Ulf Holm's late challenge caught a Delphine Stars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulf Holm helped the player get up and apologised. Ulf Holm hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Youth Academy Of Rhye's Ulf Holm got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 19 played minutes, Delphine Stars's Emil Rădoi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arvin Eriksson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Delphine Stars reached it. 20 minutes into the game, Mugur Gorcea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Arvin Eriksson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd minute, Costică Vărzaru reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arvin Eriksson. The goal made the score 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Costică Vărzaru kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arvin Eriksson. That made the score 5-0 in the 32 minute of play. Arvin Eriksson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Costică Vărzaru in the 37th minute. The supporters of Delphine Stars booed when Youth Academy Of Rhye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulf Holm didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd match minute, Youth Academy Of Rhye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Billvall to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Youth Academy Of Rhye fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! Emil Rădoi walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

When Delphine Stars's Costică Vărzaru in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Youth Academy Of Rhye's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Delphine Stars getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Vasile Chira hit a great ball. In the 61st minute, Mugur Gorcea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arvin Eriksson was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 66th minute, Marian Taşcău left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Delphine Stars fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. 75 minutes into the match, Youth Academy Of Rhye's goal looked a bit too open when Costică Vărzaru came free, but Arvin Eriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arvin Eriksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costică Vărzaru in the 77th minute of the match. Arvin Eriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Taşcău in the 81st minute of play. Denis Nenciu charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Youth Academy Of Rhye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Philip Larsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arvin Eriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costică Vărzaru in the 93rd minute of play. A collision led to Delphine Stars getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Vasile Chira hit a great ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Delphine Stars had played much better football throughout.
