The coaching staff of Unione Sportiva protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nessos Koulaxizis had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 7 minutes into the game, one of Unione Sportiva:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Pangarés FC a penalty, 10 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Natã Luz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Unione Sportiva's Seleykos Sklavenitis. 0-1. Thanos Fotopoulos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Rony Antunes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Thanos Fotopoulos sped through Pangarés FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rony Antunes. Rony Antunes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thanos Fotopoulos's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Rony Antunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkeides Touchakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rony Antunes made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Thanos Fotopoulos sent off a good shot on target. In the 29thth minute of the game Thanos Fotopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pangarés FC's Rony Antunes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Seleykos Sklavenitis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natã Luz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rony Antunes stood somewhat misplaced when Thanos Fotopoulos came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 34 minute. Rony Antunes guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After 92 played minutes Pangarés FC got a freekick which was hit by Guto Machado. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thanos Fotopoulos in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rony Antunes saved Pangarés FC from getting behind. Pangarés FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
