In the 4th minute Jânio Prestes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldinho Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Sampaio in the 7th minute of the match. Cristiano Prata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Falcão Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristiano Prata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jânio Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Cristiano Prata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natã Luz in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute Nildo Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldinho Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute Jânio Prestes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 19 minutes on the clock, Cláudio Sabóia commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 18th minute, one of S.C.CHUÍ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for S.C.CHUÍ. In the 20th minute there was a penalty for Pangarés FC. Natã Luz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cristiano Prata. 0-1. Cristiano Prata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natã Luz, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Osvaldinho Perez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nildo Xavier's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Cristiano Prata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jânio Prestes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Nildo Xavier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nildo Xavier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute Cacá Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Luisão Trigo fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C.CHUÍ's protests and gave Luisão Trigo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, S.C.CHUÍ's Luisão Trigo got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half Pangarés FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Natã Luz was the one to do the kick off. Cristiano Prata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jânio Prestes in the 51st minute of the match. Amílton Terra made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pangarés FC's Jânio Prestes. Cacá Alcântara received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cristiano Prata came out and tried to block the shot, but Cacá Alcântara slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 56th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Natã Luz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristiano Prata. S.C.CHUÍ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natã Luz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Pangarés FC's Jânio Prestes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristiano Prata. That made the score 0-5 after 68 minutes of play. Jânio Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute Falcão Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guto Machado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Cristiano Prata made a huge save. Cristiano Prata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacá Alcântara in the 82nd minute of the match. Guto Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The S.C.CHUÍ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pangarés FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
