Erasmo Clis's late challenge caught a Deportivo Empate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erasmo Clis helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Colosos Afc getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Erasmo Clis hit a great ball. Carmelo Gartzea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franco Abascal, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Colosos Afc's goal looked a bit too open when Tiadoro Abadia came free, but Carmelo Gartzea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carmelo Gartzea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Colosos Afc booed when Deportivo Empate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Abar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Abecia hit a great ball. In the 44th minute of the match Silvano Peru sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magdaleno Abello skillfully saved the ball. Magdaleno Abello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Orixe, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet as Tiadoro Abadia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carmelo Gartzea. That made the score 0-4 in the 51 minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Mannie Abella had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carmelo Gartzea. Colosos Afc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mannie Abella was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. When Mannie Abella fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Empate's protests and gave Mannie Abella a yellow card for diving instead. Colosos Afc made a substitution. Erubiel Bertol replaced Camilo Bladi. After 61 played minutes Deportivo Empate got a freekick which was hit by Mannie Abella. Franco Abascal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Magdaleno Abello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Gonzo in the 73rd minute of the match. Magdaleno Abello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Gonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute Sebastian Orixe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magdaleno Abello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magdaleno Abello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Ishmael, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Fernando Gonzo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Magdaleno Abello was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 88 minutes into the game, Severino Baldovino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colosos Afc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Empate the free kick. Deportivo Empate's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. Deportivo Empate played a much better game than Colosos Afc and deserved their victory. The Colosos Afc players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
