Flavio Corrente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Gaston, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Bernardo Moretta hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Flavio Corrente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anier Eudoxio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavio Corrente didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Yalapa's Marco Gaston shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Camillo Colecchia made a kick off. Silvano Resto kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Medoacus Maior's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Marco Gaston scored to the left of an out of position Flavio Corrente, making the score, 0-4. Gaston Raulo came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Flavio Corrente could save by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Yalapa's Marco Gaston slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Flavio Corrente. That made the score 0-5 after 69 minutes of play. Gaston Lluques hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Yalapa's Flavio Corrente threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anier Eudoxio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Franco Nicolai charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Franco Nicolai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Franco Nicolai kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Elia Minati was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Medoacus Maior's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yalapa the free kick. The supporters of Yalapa booed when Medoacus Maior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elia Minati didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvano Resto, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Medoacus Maior's goalkeeper Flavio Corrente had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Gaston. Thanks to some nice moves Marco Gaston could shoot a difficult shot in the 87th minute, which Flavio Corrente however easily saved by the left post. Camillo Colecchia kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Anier Eudoxio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio Corrente was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 91st minute Camillo Colecchia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Sal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Marco Gaston managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yalapa's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Gaston was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavio Corrente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Yalapa left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Medoacus Maior.
