Spectators: 7446 (Terracing: 5586, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Herminio Echaniz made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 7 minutes, Filomeno Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Scaloneta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filomeno Sidro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 9 minutes into the match, Birra Cultura F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Xabel came free, but Cruz Cañizares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Javier Rocio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timoteo Acebes. In the 11th minute, Evaristo Txaran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Javier Rocio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timoteo Acebes's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. If Nereo Espriu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Benito Cutberto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cruz Cañizares. Birra Cultura F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benito Cutberto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 30 minutes into the game, Benito Cutberto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Cruz Cañizares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benito Cutberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Herminio Echaniz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Birra Cultura F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Herminio Echaniz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Rocio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Herminio Echaniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Javier Rocio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benito Cutberto to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Junquera came free, but Javier Rocio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Constantino Junquera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Javier Rocio having to make a save. Sayvion Criales was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 68 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Birra Cultura F.C's zone, Segundo Millrick stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cruz Cañizares came out of the goal and Segundo Millrick tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Timoteo Acebes hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Nereo Espriu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Javier Rocio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. La Scaloneta's Javier Rocio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Echaniz in the 78th minute of play. Herminio Echaniz succeeded in the game's 81st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. After 87 minutes, Nereo Espriu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Birra Cultura F.C and the La Scaloneta players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, Nereo Espriu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Javier Rocio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Acebes in the 94th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Echaniz came free, but Javier Rocio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched La Scaloneta eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
