Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Herminio Echaniz started the match with the kick off. Cruz Cañizares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt Fristedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 5th minute, Cordarrell Landa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Hawk Tuah FC's Börje Morat tried to score from far away in the 6th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, Birra Cultura F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Stig Lööf came free, but Cruz Cañizares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Philip Carlsson hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Cruz Cañizares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Mikaelsson in the 16th minute of play. A collision led to Hawk Tuah FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Albert Hellbom hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Bengt Fristedt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cruz Cañizares. Birra Cultura F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bengt Fristedt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Philip Carlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cruz Cañizares having to interfere. Cordarrell Landa's late challenge caught a Hawk Tuah FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cordarrell Landa helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes Birra Cultura F.C got a freekick which was hit by Cordarrell Landa. In the 31st minute, Evert Mikaelsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hawk Tuah FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Cruz Cañizares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sture By, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cruz Cañizares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Mikaelsson in the 38th minute of play. After 44 minutes of play, Hawk Tuah FC's Bengt Fristedt made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cruz Cañizares was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Hawk Tuah FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of Hawk Tuah FC booed when Birra Cultura F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Echaniz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute, Hawk Tuah FC's Bengt Fristedt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cruz Cañizares. Cruz Cañizares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. 59 minutes into the match, Birra Cultura F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Evert Mikaelsson came free, but Cruz Cañizares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Philip Carlsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cruz Cañizares. Philip Carlsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evert Mikaelsson got free with Cruz Cañizares in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute, Hawk Tuah FC's Bengt Fristedt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Hawk Tuah FC made a substitution. Eddie Gernberg replaced Albert Hellbom. 70 minutes into the match, Birra Cultura F.C's goalkeeper Cruz Cañizares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evert Mikaelsson. Cruz Cañizares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leif Västlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cruz Cañizares made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Philip Carlsson sent off a good shot on target. Timoteo Acebes's late challenge caught a Hawk Tuah FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timoteo Acebes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd match minute, Birra Cultura F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timoteo Acebes to maneuver through the defense. Evert Mikaelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Stig Lööf kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Timoteo Acebes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddie Bergström having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 82nd minute of the game. One of Hawk Tuah FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Birra Cultura F.C:s goal. Cruz Cañizares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Philip Carlsson in the 87th minute. Armandinho Duplaix struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Cruz Cañizares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hawk Tuah FC. When Evert Mikaelsson came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Hawk Tuah FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evert Mikaelsson couldn't finish the play. Emeterio Zalaeta kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Cruz Cañizares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Mikaelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hawk Tuah FC played a much better game than Birra Cultura F.C and deserved their victory. The Birra Cultura F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
