When Constantino Junquera came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Birra Cultura F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Constantino Junquera couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, Birra Cultura F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Xencio Rabelo came free, but Cruz Cañizares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernández Fano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timoteo Acebes's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Cruz Cañizares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rixon Eleizalde, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A collision led to Birra Cultura F.C getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Cortez Olloque hit a great ball. Birra Cultura F.C's Cruz Cañizares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romo Rabe in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Birra Cultura F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Xencio Rabelo came free, but Cruz Cañizares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xencio Rabelo took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cruz Cañizares. Cruz Cañizares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The Birra Cultura F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. YerBaTerOs were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Timoteo Acebes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Cruz Cañizares managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when YerBaTerOs's Xencio Rabelo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nereo Espriu charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nereo Espriu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When YerBaTerOs's Xencio Rabelo in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Birra Cultura F.C's goalie prevented a goal. When Cordarrell Landa fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Birra Cultura F.C's protests and gave Cordarrell Landa a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Birra Cultura F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of YerBaTerOs:s goal. Cruz Cañizares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zuzen Melendez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Birra Cultura F.C's Cruz Cañizares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xencio Rabelo in the 69th minute of play. Herminio Echaniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jose-Antonio Montaño kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Xencio Rabelo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cruz Cañizares was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 85th minute, Nereo Espriu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
