Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mircea Isvoreanu in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edelmiro Txaran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, FC Steaua Pildesti's Valer Uncheşelu got a free kick in the 8th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valer Uncheşelu during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mircea Isvoreanu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 26th minute, George Bidulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliodor Damian hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 36 played minutes Vinará FC got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Frederico. Adam Buș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Edelmiro Txaran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, Vinará FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Guter to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaudencio Dominguez was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of FC Steaua Pildesti booed when Vinará FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eleuterio Frederico didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Vinará FC's Gaudencio Dominguez in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
