One of MelissaMel:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yofré AFC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 35 minutes, Yofré AFC's Honorio Baladi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Arlindo Tepedino. Ceferino Gitano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Arlindo Tepedino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Esteve Mazuste left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yofré AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clemente Montenegro to strike the kick off in the second half. Dario Tipi hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 53 minutes, Clemente Montenegro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MelissaMel and the Yofré AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 minutes of play, MelissaMel's Clemente Montenegro made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aaron Mero was left in no man's land by his defense there! 63 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's Clemente Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aaron Mero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Clemente Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aaron Mero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
