Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alvaro Gori got the match started through his kick off. Dennis Calcio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicu Enceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 4th minute, Aldo Lucchetti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicu Enceanu in the 5th minute of play forced Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Dennis Calcio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dennis Calcio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valer Barbăroșie in the 7th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sabin Ciomag during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 11 minutes, Alvaro Gori managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sorci Viola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Gori was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Petre Babarada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Lucchetti in the 13th minute of play. Petre Babarada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldo Lucchetti in the 15th minute of the match. After 21 minutes of play, Sorci Viola's Alvaro Gori made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petre Babarada was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carpathian Wolves's Sabin Ciomag got his second yellow card of the match in the 29th minute. The referee ordered Sabin Ciomag off the ground. The supporters of Sorci Viola booed when Carpathian Wolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabin Ciomag didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Sorci Viola's Alvaro Gori slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Petre Babarada. That made the score 2-1 after 32 minutes of play. Carpathian Wolves's Petre Babarada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Carpathian Wolves from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper Petre Babarada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aldo Lucchetti. In the 40th minute, Gigi Miclescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Nicu Enceanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carpathian Wolves's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicu Enceanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dennis Calcio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Gori in the 45th minute of play forced Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper Petre Babarada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Carpathian Wolves's Petre Babarada got control of the ball when Ernesto Caniglia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicu Enceanu charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicu Enceanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes Carpathian Wolves got a freekick which was hit by Nicu Enceanu.
In the 52nd minute, Alvaro Gori made a precise shot to the right of Petre Babarada. Carpathian Wolves's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 55 minutes into the match, Carpathian Wolves's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Gori came free, but Petre Babarada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petre Babarada came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Sorci Viola's Aldo Lucchetti. But to his dismay, Aldo Lucchetti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. When Alvaro Gori came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Sorci Viola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Gori couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute, Alvaro Gori got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alvaro Gori recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sorci Viola's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Valer Barbăroșie 69 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-2. In the 72nd minute, Carpathian Wolves's Eusebiu Uncescu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Eusebiu Uncescu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Carpathian Wolves protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Eusebiu Uncescu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Petre Babarada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Gori, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Carpathian Wolves's Petre Babarada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Gori in the 79th minute of play. Petre Babarada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Lucchetti, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Aldo Lucchetti might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Petre Babarada. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aldo Lucchetti ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Gori in the 87th minute of play forced Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper Petre Babarada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petre Babarada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Gori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute Alvaro Gori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petre Babarada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Aldo Lucchetti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Petre Babarada. Carpathian Wolves's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aldo Lucchetti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. Sorci Viola's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
