Caskinha Esporte Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gyál United the free kick. Umberto França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from István Juhász in the 6th minute of the match. Umberto França took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from László Medgyesi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delfim Capixaba hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Caskinha Esporte Clube's Umberto França played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Vajda in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Gyál United's Zoltán Ebedli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Umberto França made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Umberto França showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoltán Ebedli, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Juarês Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sándor Jászberényi having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Róbert Vajda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Umberto França was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 32nd minute, Zoltán Ebedli made a precise shot to the right of Umberto França. Caskinha Esporte Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Umberto França took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from István Juhász, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Caskinha Esporte Clube booed when Gyál United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lajos Détári didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Caskinha Esporte Clube defense, Zoltán Ebedli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Umberto França. The Caskinha Esporte Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Umberto França should have stopped the shot. Zoltán Ebedli took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Umberto França. Umberto França dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 45 minutes into the game, Róbert Vajda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Umberto França was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Gyál United were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juarês Cardoso was the one to do the kick off. László Medgyesi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Umberto França made a huge save. In the 53rd minute, Bruno Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Róbert Vajda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umberto França having to interfere. Umberto França came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Gyál United's Zoltán Ebedli. But to his dismay, Zoltán Ebedli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 58 minutes into the match, Caskinha Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Zoltán Ebedli came free, but Umberto França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. László Medgyesi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Umberto França firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 61st minute László Medgyesi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Gyál United booed when Caskinha Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Alagoano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 played minutes Caskinha Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Celso Perez. László Medgyesi took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Umberto França. Umberto França dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. 69 minutes into the match, Zoltán Ebedli notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Caskinha Esporte Clube's Umberto França. Umberto França was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoltán Ebedli in the 72nd minute of play forced Caskinha Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Umberto França to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Umberto França made an important save on a dangerous shot by László Medgyesi in the 74th minute. Umberto França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoltán Ebedli in the 76th minute of the match. Umberto França made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when István Juhász sent off a good shot on target. 78 minutes into the match, Caskinha Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Balázs Jánosi came free, but Umberto França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caskinha Esporte Clube's Umberto França proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Caskinha Esporte Clube from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute, Balázs Jánosi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Umberto França. The goal made the score 0-10. With a little luck, Caskinha Esporte Clube's Umberto França got control of the ball when László Medgyesi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 85 minutes, Delfim Capixaba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caskinha Esporte Clube and the Gyál United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Caskinha Esporte Clube's Delfim Capixaba got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 89th minute Róbert Vajda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jânio Gerber kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Umberto França made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balázs Jánosi in the 94th minute of play. Zoltán Ebedli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Caskinha Esporte Clube fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gyál United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
