The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reine Kalfhage was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, San Martin de Tucumán's goalkeeper Feliciano Chorche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars-Erik Bergsten. 61 minutes into the game, Reine Kalfhage recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Feliciano Chorche. Reine Kalfhage showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reine Kalfhage got free with Feliciano Chorche in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 71 played minutes San Martin de Tucumán got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Eder. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Sayvion in the 73rd minute of play forced White Hart Lane's goalkeeper Billy Bolin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leandro Flor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Billy Bolin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reine Kalfhage kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 80th match minute, San Martin de Tucumán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Eder to maneuver through the defense. Reine Kalfhage's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Feliciano Chorche skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 88 played minutes San Martin de Tucumán got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Sandalio.
