The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, corralon AFC's Isaac Poncio got a free kick in the 8th minute. David Rey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Luisito Quinton made a huge save. Luisito Quinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Rey in the 38th minute of play. After some careless play in the Sacando del Medio defense, Benjamin Bitxintxo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filomeno Dabi. The Sacando del Medio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filomeno Dabi should have stopped the shot. Filomeno Dabi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Chale in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amadeo Chale to strike the kick off in the second half. corralon AFC's Luisito Quinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Rey in the 51st minute of play. After 53 played minutes Sacando del Medio got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Barbosa. Filomeno Dabi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Lehoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. With a little luck, Sacando del Medio's Filomeno Dabi got control of the ball when Benjamin Bitxintxo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, corralon AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Joseph came free, but Luisito Quinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luisito Quinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
