The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 3 minutes into the game, one of Hatayspor:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Defensores de Mar de Ajó. Mauricio Mel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ahmet Boran Mirza. 0-1. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Zacarias Ignado put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ahmet Boran Mirza. After 15 played minutes Hatayspor got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Gündüz Yesari. Ahmet Boran Mirza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julio Peru went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Mel in the 25th minute of play forced Hatayspor's goalkeeper Ahmet Boran Mirza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Boran Mirza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Estavan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Boran Mirza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Mel in the 27th minute of the match. In the 31st play minute Ahmet Gündüz Yesari came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Omar Bartuelo. 1-3. Ahmet Boran Mirza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Mel in the 39th minute of the match.

In the 52nd match minute, Hatayspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oğuzalp Ergüven to maneuver through the defense. Jonatan Ferrans short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Ahmet Boran Mirza to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 54th minute, Tuncer Cantekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hatayspor's Ahmet Boran Mirza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Peru in the 54th minute of play. Zacarias Ignado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Boran Mirza having to interfere. 58 minutes into the game, Emre Vefi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hatayspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Defensores de Mar de Ajó the free kick. The supporters of Defensores de Mar de Ajó booed when Hatayspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emre Vefi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauricio Mel's shot from long distance in the 59th minute was not bad at all, but Hatayspor's Ahmet Boran Mirza knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. 60 minutes into the match, Hatayspor's goalkeeper Ahmet Boran Mirza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauricio Mel. Ahmet Boran Mirza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Estavan in the 63rd minute of play. After 65 minutes of play, Hatayspor's Ahmet Gündüz Yesari made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Omar Bartuelo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ahmet Boran Mirza made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Mauricio Mel sent off a good shot on target. Mauricio Mel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Ahmet Boran Mirza made a huge save. A collision led to Defensores de Mar de Ajó getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Mauricio Mel hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Candido Estavan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ahmet Boran Mirza. That made the score 3-5 after 76 minutes of play. In the 82nd minute Julio Peru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Boran Mirza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Hatayspor's Ahmet Boran Mirza got control of the ball when Mauricio Mel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Hatayspor's goalkeeper Ahmet Boran Mirza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zacarias Ignado. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Julio Peru got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After 92 played minutes, Hatayspor's Derman İncirli shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Omar Bartuelo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hatayspor reached it. Ahmet Boran Mirza made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Zacarias Ignado sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded Defensores de Mar de Ajó left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hatayspor.
