The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Ali Faruk Serim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. HİSAR's Muhammet Tomurcuk got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Menderes Tekdoğan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Muhammet Tomurcuk in the 22nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bilgehan Dalga during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of HİSAR booed when Sarı kaya FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bilgehan Dalga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Menderes Tekdoğan made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Muhammet Tomurcuk sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Faruk Serim in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atabey Mutlu saved HİSAR from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Faruk Serim to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Refik Halit Şafakgün was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HİSAR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sarı kaya FK the free kick. 57 minutes into the match, HİSAR's goalkeeper Atabey Mutlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Ozan Şendoğan. The supporters of HİSAR booed when Sarı kaya FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sadettin Açıkalın didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind HİSAR's goalkeeper Atabey Mutlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 63 minutes into the game, Refik Halit Şafakgün cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Menderes Tekdoğan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Sarı kaya FK getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Doğan Üstek hit a great ball. Ali Faruk Serim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atabey Mutlu having to make a save. Mustafa Necati Başok blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atabey Mutlu having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Faruk Serim in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atabey Mutlu saved HİSAR from getting behind. The HİSAR players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
