Wictor Hamnberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fabian Jonsson made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Jim Östensson sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Fred Engström sped through SJÖARED's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Egon Pihlwall. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jim Östensson got free with Fabian Jonsson in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabian Jonsson was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jim Östensson. In the 37th minute Jakob Bodin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egon Pihlwall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, SJÖARED's Douglas Lövgren got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Fred Engström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Axel Bammerman kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Jakob Bodin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Egon Pihlwall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute Jens-Erik Almstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Fred Engström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Wingspan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SJÖARED the free kick. After 79 played minutes FC Wingspan got a freekick which was hit by Fred Engström. After 79 played minutes, SJÖARED's Douglas Lövgren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabian Jonsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SJÖARED reached it. 83 minutes into the match, FC Wingspan's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Tunberg came free, but Fabian Jonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Egon Pihlwall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Engström in the 85th minute of play. FC Wingspan's Fabian Jonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Erik Almstedt in the 87th minute of play. Jakob Bodin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Egon Pihlwall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Karl-Åke Sjögren made a precise shot to the right of Fabian Jonsson. FC Wingspan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1.
