Spectators: 7476 (Terracing: 5608, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) Chanchos's Nicanor Nabar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vykan Skott during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 5th match minute, SJÖARED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vykan Skott to maneuver through the defense. In the 10thth minute of the game Vykan Skott who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chanchos's Gervasio Dei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, SJÖARED's Gervasio Dei threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vykan Skott, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Isidoro Oalo charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidoro Oalo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Isidoro Oalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Vykan Skott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chanchos's Gervasio Dei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Bock in the 22nd minute of play. Gervasio Dei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vykan Skott in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute of the match SJÖARED got a corner. Chanchos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jim Östensson ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, SJÖARED's Nils-Åke Hellkvist got a free kick in the 27th minute. The supporters of Chanchos booed when SJÖARED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Back didn't get a good kick on the ball. SJÖARED's Egon Pihlwall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Nabar in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Selmo in the 43rd minute of play forced SJÖARED's goalkeeper Egon Pihlwall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vykan Skott was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes SJÖARED got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Åke Hellkvist. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vykan Skott in the 61st minute of play forced Chanchos's goalkeeper Gervasio Dei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute Sven-Åke Ekberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Dei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Vykan Skott cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Gervasio Dei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Jan-Erik Erserman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gervasio Dei was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Erik Erserman in the 72nd minute of play forced Chanchos's goalkeeper Gervasio Dei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jens-Erik Almstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidoro Oalo got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 80th match minute, Chanchos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Oalo to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the game, Rasmus Lagerberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SJÖARED's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chanchos the free kick. Gervasio Dei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Erik Erserman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chanchos's Gervasio Dei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Erserman in the 89th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SJÖARED had played much better football throughout.
