The tension between the HİSAR and the Hatayspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, HİSAR's Refik Halit Şafakgün got a free kick in the 14th minute. Saltuk Uluç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atabey Mutlu having to interfere. Ahmet Boran Mirza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boğaç Arısal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atabey Mutlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Muhammet Tomurcuk in the 65th minute of play forced Hatayspor's goalkeeper Ahmet Boran Mirza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
