Júlio Jacinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Nastasio in the 2nd minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Amadeo Nastasio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júlio Jacinto. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amadeo Nastasio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 20th match minute, S.C. Corinthians Paulista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Simões to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd match minute, S.C. Corinthians Paulista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeu Porto to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Nastasio came free, but Júlio Jacinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Gaston Aguirre notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Júlio Jacinto. Júlio Jacinto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ricardinho Catarinense scored 1-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casimiro Herauso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gaston Aguirre struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Júlio Jacinto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CamaLeones. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Catarinense in the 40th minute of play forced CamaLeones's goalkeeper Casimiro Herauso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Júlio Jacinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Aguirre in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute Gaston Aguirre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Jacinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ricardinho Catarinense stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Casimiro Herauso came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Cássio Aparecido. But to his dismay, Cássio Aparecido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Samuel Aguilera scored to the left of an out of position Júlio Jacinto, making the score, 2-3. Júlio Jacinto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amadeo Nastasio in the 66th minute. Amadeu Porto charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amadeu Porto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th minute, Amadeu Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Júlio Jacinto was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Oscar Llin. Gaston Aguirre hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goalkeeper Júlio Jacinto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaston Aguirre. When Cássio Aparecido fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C. Corinthians Paulista's protests and gave Cássio Aparecido a yellow card for diving instead. Cássio Aparecido kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as CamaLeones's Samuel Aguilera slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Júlio Jacinto. That made the score 2-4 after 78 minutes of play. After 81 minutes of play S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Cássio Simões was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of CamaLeones booed when S.C. Corinthians Paulista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Simões didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goalkeeper Júlio Jacinto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amadeo Nastasio. In the 84th match minute, S.C. Corinthians Paulista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Aparecido to maneuver through the defense. Casimiro Herauso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Aparecido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
