The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Svartvallstjärnens IF's goal looked a bit too open when Frédson Donato came free, but Birger Wassenius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Svartvallstjärnens IF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carlos Fernando Rocha was slow to take the kick. During this time Xurupita FC's players had a chance to rest. 10 minutes into the game, Frédson Donato cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Birger Wassenius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 16 minutes of play, Xurupita FC's Sandrinho Magalhães made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Birger Wassenius was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aron Flinck kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of Xurupita FC booed when Svartvallstjärnens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niklas Torsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Niklas Torsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 23rd minute Sandrinho Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birger Wassenius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Natanael Vale was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xurupita FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Svartvallstjärnens IF the free kick. Natanael Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frédson Donato in the 28th minute of play forced Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalkeeper Birger Wassenius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Aron Flinck was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 32 minutes had been played. After 32 played minutes Svartvallstjärnens IF got a freekick which was hit by Aron Flinck. Frédson Donato might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Birger Wassenius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frédson Donato ran back to his position shaking his head. 42 minutes into the game, Frédson Donato cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Birger Wassenius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niklas Torsberg was the one to do the kick off. Aron Bergkvist hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the match, Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalkeeper Birger Wassenius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandrinho Magalhães. After 64 minutes of play, Xurupita FC's Frédson Donato made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Birger Wassenius was left in no man's land by his defense there! Svartvallstjärnens IF's Birger Wassenius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frédson Donato in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute of the match Carlos Fernando Rocha sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Birger Wassenius skillfully saved the ball. After 73 played minutes Xurupita FC got a freekick which was hit by Adilson Pereira. Egídio Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Torsberg in the 74th minute of play. Birger Wassenius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frédson Donato, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After 77 played minutes Xurupita FC got a freekick which was hit by Adilson Pereira. Niklas Torsberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandrinho Magalhães was extremely unlucky when he, in the 83rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Frédson Donato who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Birger Wassenius when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Svartvallstjärnens IF's Roger Wallgren got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the match was over Xurupita FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Svartvallstjärnens IF throughout the match.
