Spectators: 7510 (Terracing: 5633, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Niklas Torsberg kicked off to start the match. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Karl-Axel Drake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt van Veldhuizen in the 4th minute of play. When Pieter-Jan Hulshof came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the AVV Zeeburgia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pieter-Jan Hulshof couldn't finish the play. AVV Zeeburgia's Pieter-Jan Hulshof got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 8 played minutes Svartvallstjärnens IF got a freekick which was hit by Jim Österlund. When Per-Erik Wallgren fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Svartvallstjärnens IF's protests and gave Per-Erik Wallgren a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Svartvallstjärnens IF's zone, Rein Perk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Axel Drake came out of the goal and Rein Perk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 14 minutes, Willem Rijkaard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AVV Zeeburgia and the Svartvallstjärnens IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The goalkeeper, Dirk Jan Snoeks, was totally fooled by Svartvallstjärnens IF's Niklas Torsberg, who 14 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 18 minutes into the game, AVV Zeeburgia's Anton Bergmeester nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karl-Axel Drake made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pieter-Jan Hulshof in the 23rd minute of play forced Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalkeeper Karl-Axel Drake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lennart Tijink kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Kurt van Veldhuizen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kurt van Veldhuizen made a kick off. Karl-Axel Drake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pieter-Jan Hulshof in the 54th minute of the match. When AVV Zeeburgia's Pieter-Jan Hulshof in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The corner led Svartvallstjärnens IF's Niklas Torsberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Dirk Jan Snoeks despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 87th minute Niklas Torsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dirk Jan Snoeks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th match minute, AVV Zeeburgia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Bergmeester to maneuver through the defense. The AVV Zeeburgia players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Svartvallstjärnens IF from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
