Spectators: 7526 (Terracing: 5645, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sid Park took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Hans Oude Kamphuis came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the SV Wissenkerke fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans Oude Kamphuis couldn't finish the play. Kenneth van der Leegte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sid Park in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Gavião Kyikatejê booed when SV Wissenkerke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Hofland didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, SV Wissenkerke's goalkeeper Kenneth van der Leegte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Graeme Downie. A collision led to SV Wissenkerke getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Klaas Jan Hellemons hit a great ball. Dean McAusland's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Kenneth van der Leegte skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Max Gilespie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerjan Staarman, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A collision led to SV Wissenkerke getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Ralph Cramer hit a great ball. Quentin Pitullich in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kenneth van der Leegte, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kenneth van der Leegte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dean McAusland in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of Gavião Kyikatejê booed when SV Wissenkerke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klaas Jan Hellemons didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gerjan Staarman made a kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Gavião Kyikatejê's Dean McAusland made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kenneth van der Leegte was left in no man's land by his defense there! SV Wissenkerke's Kenneth van der Leegte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dean McAusland in the 59th minute of play. After 61 played minutes SV Wissenkerke got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Bombarda. Sid Park kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Max Gilespie was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gerjan Staarman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 64 minute of play. Kenneth van der Leegte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Graeme Downie went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Kenneth van der Leegte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terence Douglas in the 75th minute of play. Sid Park kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Terry McAngus's late challenge caught a SV Wissenkerke's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Terry McAngus helped the player get up and apologised. Terry McAngus hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 83rd match minute, SV Wissenkerke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Bombarda to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Klaas Jan Hellemons hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Gavião Kyikatejê booed when SV Wissenkerke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dirk Holt didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, SV Wissenkerke's goal looked a bit too open when Dean McAusland came free, but Kenneth van der Leegte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Gavião Kyikatejê players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
