Ganix Abascal hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute of the match, Formerio Abeita tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dane White saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 13 minutes into the match, Nacional Potosí's Anibal Abecia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dane White narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ganix Abascal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dane White came out and tried to block the shot, but Ganix Abascal slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. Licerio Abad hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Nacional Potosí defense, Samuel Sanderson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olayo Abella. The Nacional Potosí fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olayo Abella should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute, Gavin Chiverton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olayo Abella was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The referee felt a red card was in order, 35 minutes into the game, when Fábio-Fernando Fenomeno put in a rough tackle. Dane White had in the 36thth minute some difficulties stopping Xayveon Aballe's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Xayveon Aballe scored 2-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dane White, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Henley on Thames United's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Anibal Abecia 39 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-2. In the 43rd minute, Licerio Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-2 at half-time.
The wind increased when Formerio Abeita made the kick off in the second half. Henley on Thames United's Ronny Dines got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Henley on Thames United defense, Anibal Abecia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dane White. The Henley on Thames United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dane White should have stopped the shot. Henley on Thames United's Dane White played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Formerio Abeita in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Abecia in the 62nd minute of play forced Henley on Thames United's goalkeeper Dane White to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dane White took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Abecia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute, Johnathon Friebe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Henley on Thames United's goal looked a bit too open when Formerio Abeita came free, but Dane White reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tod Summers hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute Anibal Abecia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dane White saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Samuel Sanderson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Henley on Thames United's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Sanderson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olayo Abella breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st minute Quirze Abello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dane White saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Samuel Sanderson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olayo Abella breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Johnathon Friebe came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Henley on Thames United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johnathon Friebe couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, Anibal Abecia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nacional Potosí fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. A collision led to Nacional Potosí getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Xayveon Aballe hit a great ball. Nacional Potosí were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Henley on Thames United for a fine match.
