Spectators: 7584 (Terracing: 5689, Seating: 1744, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tor-Henrik Rosenlund started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Claudio Brkić mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Koper and the Suleskard players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Koper's Claudio Brkić got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Koper's zone, Tor-Henrik Rosenlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bine Šercelj came out of the goal and Tor-Henrik Rosenlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th match minute, FC Koper was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Marš to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Hindenes in the 7th minute of play forced FC Koper's goalkeeper Bine Šercelj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Suleskard's Tor-Henrik Rosenlund slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bine Šercelj. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. A collision led to FC Koper getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Luka Saje hit a great ball. Bine Šercelj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomas Hindenes in the 12th minute. Tor-Henrik Rosenlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Bine Šercelj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Bine Šercelj managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Suleskard's Thomas Hindenes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. FC Koper's Bine Šercelj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tor-Henrik Rosenlund in the 22nd minute of play. Bine Šercelj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomas Hindenes in the 26th minute. Tor-Henrik Rosenlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Bine Šercelj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tor-Henrik Rosenlund in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bine Šercelj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34th minute, Tor-Henrik Rosenlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bine Šercelj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tor-Henrik Rosenlund's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 43 minutes into the game, Marino Gregorič was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Koper's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Suleskard the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Koper's Marino Gregorič got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Tor-Henrik Rosenlund struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Bine Šercelj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Suleskard. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudio Brkić was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of FC Koper booed when Suleskard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Hindenes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luka Saje during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thomas Hindenes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tor-Henrik Rosenlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bine Šercelj having to interfere. In the 69th minute Tor-Henrik Rosenlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bine Šercelj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tor-Henrik Rosenlund during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Koper booed when Suleskard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tor-Henrik Rosenlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tor-Henrik Rosenlund in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bine Šercelj saved FC Koper from getting behind. After some careless play in the FC Koper defense, Thomas Hindenes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bine Šercelj. The FC Koper fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bine Šercelj should have stopped the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Suleskard's goalkeeper Ådne Østvang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudio Brkić. Marius Østli hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Ådne Østvang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luka Saje, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Tor-Henrik Rosenlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Bine Šercelj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Suleskard fully deserved thier win.
