Victoriano Ferran didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Haridades F.C's Moisés Dracena shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. A collision led to Haridades F.C getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Moisés Dracena hit a great ball. With his leg Ronaldinho Pernambucano managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Lyons's Narciso Guter fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lyons's Victoriano Ferran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Eduardo Souza in the 12th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Eduardo Souza in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victoriano Ferran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th minute Haridades F.C were awarded a corner. Gerson Sarmento went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Gerson Sarmento almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lyons's Victoriano Ferran did a great save. Victoriano Ferran came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Haridades F.C's Luís Eduardo Souza. But to his dismay, Luís Eduardo Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 32ndth minute of the game Luís Eduardo Souza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lyons's Victoriano Ferran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lyons's Victoriano Ferran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Eduardo Souza in the 33rd minute of play. After 35 minutes of play, Haridades F.C's Luís Eduardo Souza made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victoriano Ferran was left in no man's land by his defense there! Victoriano Ferran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Siqueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Roberto Siqueira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victoriano Ferran was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Ronaldinho Pernambucano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Guter, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Emílio Pontes's late challenge caught a Lyons's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emílio Pontes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th match minute, Haridades F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emílio Pontes to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Haridades F.C were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moisés Dracena stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match, Moisés Dracena tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Victoriano Ferran saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saverio Jaen during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Saverio Jaen hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Haridades F.C's Amílton Moreno got a free kick in the 64th minute. Iuri Gonçalves charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iuri Gonçalves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th match minute, Haridades F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iuri Gonçalves to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Lyons getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Narciso Guter hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Haridades F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Guter came free, but Ronaldinho Pernambucano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Moisés Dracena in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victoriano Ferran saved Lyons from getting behind. Moisés Dracena might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victoriano Ferran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Moisés Dracena ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Guter in the 80th minute of play forced Haridades F.C's goalkeeper Ronaldinho Pernambucano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 played minutes Lyons got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Miliano. Moisés Dracena took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victoriano Ferran. Victoriano Ferran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Ernesto Coelho hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Haridades F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lyons.
