Spectators: 7478 (Terracing: 5610, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) Narciso Guter started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Victoriano Ferran came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Mayhem Sharks's Fred Cruz. But to his dismay, Fred Cruz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 13 played minutes Mayhem Sharks got a freekick which was hit by Laerte Trigo. The supporters of Lyons booed when Mayhem Sharks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidnei Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19thth minute of the game Clodoveo Llanos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mayhem Sharks's Marcelo Alves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcelo Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Miliano in the 20th minute of the match. Marcelo Alves came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lyons's Clodoveo Llanos. But to his dismay, Clodoveo Llanos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 32nd minute, Narciso Guter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelo Alves was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Mayhem Sharks's Marcelo Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Jaen in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute Clodoveo Llanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Llanos in the 42nd minute of play forced Mayhem Sharks's goalkeeper Marcelo Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Alves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaime Miliano went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Marcelo Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Miliano in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fred Cruz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jaime Miliano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Marcelo Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mayhem Sharks's Marcelo Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Miliano in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Mayhem Sharks getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Douglas Trigo hit a great ball. In the 65th minute of the match, Narciso Guter tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcelo Alves saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lyons's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Narciso Guter in the 66th minute. Jaime Miliano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Laerte Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lyons's Jaime Miliano got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Narciso Guter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Marcelo Alves made a huge save. Sidnei Monteiro kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Marcelo Alves came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Lyons's Narciso Guter. But to his dismay, Narciso Guter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. After having played for 82 minutes, Jaime Miliano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lyons's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Miliano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Mayhem Sharks's Marcelo Alves got control of the ball when Narciso Guter tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 88th minute Jaime Miliano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mayhem Sharks booed when Lyons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clodoveo Llanos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fred Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Lyons could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mayhem Sharks throughout the match.
