Spectators: 7554 (Terracing: 5667, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Victor Muscaș took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademir Carvalho in the 5th minute of play forced Raureni Academy's goalkeeper Călin Barbosu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano do Nascimento hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Galo do Japi's Luciano do Nascimento got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 15 played minutes Raureni Academy got a freekick which was hit by Costică Popa. Călin Barbosu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Narusēvičs in the 16th minute of play. Kiko Novaes hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20thth minute of the game Victor Muscaș who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galo do Japi's Benedito Nóbrega was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Raureni Academy getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Costică Popa hit a great ball. In the 23rd match minute, Galo do Japi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiko Novaes to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Ademir Carvalho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Călin Barbosu. Raureni Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ademir Carvalho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 33 played minutes Raureni Academy got a freekick which was hit by Costică Popa. In the 35th minute, Ricardo Narusēvičs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Călin Barbosu came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Galo do Japi's Denílson Urbano. But to his dismay, Denílson Urbano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 42nd minute, Ademir Carvalho made a precise shot to the right of Călin Barbosu. Raureni Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Raureni Academy's Codruț Giurcă got a free kick in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricardo Narusēvičs to make the kick off. Cazimir Traian hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Dudu Alagoano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Călin Barbosu. Raureni Academy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 55th minute, Victor Muscaș made a precise shot to the right of Benedito Nóbrega. Ricardo Narusēvičs succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 59th playminute. The Raureni Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Kauã Damião hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Călin Barbosu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denílson Urbano in the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Victor Muscaș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedito Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardo Narusēvičs received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Călin Barbosu came out and tried to block the shot, but Ricardo Narusēvičs slotted it home off the left post making it 2-6 in the 91st minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Galo do Japi eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
