Spectators: 6848 (Terracing: 5677, Seating: 1020, VIP seats: 151) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eusebio Sugoi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Club de la Serpiente's Santo Cayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Club de la Serpiente from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Freddy Franco during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th minute, Freddy Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isaac Delfino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Franco in the 10th minute of the match. Club de la Serpiente's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Eusebio Sugoi scored to the left of an out of position Santo Cayo, making the score, 1-0. Freddy Franco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Isaac Delfino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Freddy Franco notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Espirillo FC's Isaac Delfino. Isaac Delfino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 22 minutes of play, Club de la Serpiente's Freddy Franco made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaac Delfino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Santo Cayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Sugoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eusebio Sugoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Santo Cayo made a huge save. Santo Cayo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eusebio Sugoi went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After 33 played minutes Espirillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Sugoi. Isaac Delfino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Franco, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Freddy Franco in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaac Delfino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddy Franco to strike the kick off in the second half. Abelardo Lizbeth kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Santo Cayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Laurendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the game, Clemente Txatxu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Santo Cayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Santo Cayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Txatxu in the 70th minute of the match. Espirillo FC's Agustin Harriet got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Everardo Sein hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Espirillo FC's Isaac Delfino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Franco in the 79th minute of play. Clemente Txatxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tobias Chucho hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Rafael Cordero struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Isaac Delfino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club de la Serpiente. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Espirillo FC had won after a very even match.
