The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lukas Matsson made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Jacek Kielb sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th match minute, FC NORDLAND was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils Lundqvist to maneuver through the defense. Felix Bailey received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lukas Matsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Felix Bailey slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Pell in the 23rd minute of play forced FC NORDLAND's goalkeeper Lukas Matsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Bailey came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lukas Matsson could save by the left post. In the 26th minute Alfie Stonehouse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lukas Matsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lukas Matsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Pell in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Bobbo Boateng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lukas Matsson made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Eric Pell sent off a good shot on target. Wictor Alefors charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wictor Alefors the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC NORDLAND's Wictor Alefors got a free kick in the 39th minute. When Tom Tully fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Korona Kielce's protests and gave Tom Tully a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Korona Kielce got a freekick which was hit by Tom Tully. Nils Lundqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Felix Baileys short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Lukas Matsson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 55th minute Jacek Kielb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lukas Matsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute, Svenne Svensk reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Doug Soussan. The goal made the score 1-2. Korona Kielce's Fraser Garnett was substituted for Deon Newell. Korona Kielce's Alexander Darko was substituted for Camron Blake. The crowd rose to their feet as FC NORDLAND's Michael Haglund slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Doug Soussan. That made the score 1-3 after 67 minutes of play. FC NORDLAND's Malcolm Blom was substituted for Håkan Wiklund. FC NORDLAND's Lukas Matsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Bailey in the 72nd minute of play. Eric Pell scored 2-3 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lukas Matsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacek Kielb in the 79th minute of play forced FC NORDLAND's goalkeeper Lukas Matsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Haglund in the 84th minute of play forced Korona Kielce's goalkeeper Doug Soussan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC NORDLAND booed when Korona Kielce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Wray didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lukas Matsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Bailey in the 92nd minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC NORDLAND fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! FC NORDLAND:s Lukas Matsson showed great skill when he stopped Jacek Kielb:s penalty. In the 95thth minute of the game Jacek Kielb who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC NORDLAND's Lukas Matsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC NORDLAND walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
