SV Klingsmoos's Waldemar Roppel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Shantala in the 13th minute of play. After 14 minutes, Caspar Rother mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SV Klingsmoos and the Mercado Paulista F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mercado Paulista F.C booed when SV Klingsmoos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caspar Rother didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th match minute, Mercado Paulista F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Rosalio to maneuver through the defense. Giacomo Zerres took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramon Tancredo. Ramon Tancredo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 20 minutes into the match, SV Klingsmoos's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Vargas came free, but Waldemar Roppel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Armando Rosalio came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Mercado Paulista F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Rosalio couldn't finish the play. After having played for 33 minutes, Ramon Shantala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mercado Paulista F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Shantala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Waldemar Roppel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Rosalio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to SV Klingsmoos getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Thorsten Wexler hit a great ball. In the 46th match minute, Mercado Paulista F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Illart to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armando Rosalio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 60 played minutes Mercado Paulista F.C got a freekick which was hit by Armando Rosalio. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mercado Paulista F.C's goalkeeper Ramon Tancredo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovanni Bodin in the 71st minute of play forced Mercado Paulista F.C's goalkeeper Ramon Tancredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giovanni Bodin in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramon Tancredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 72 played minutes Mercado Paulista F.C got a freekick which was hit by German Laurentzi. After some careless play in the Mercado Paulista F.C defense, Giacomo Zerres kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramon Tancredo. The Mercado Paulista F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramon Tancredo should have stopped the shot. Waldemar Roppel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Albino Asteri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 78 minute of play. Waldemar Roppel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Rosalio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Richard Ganz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramon Shantala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldemar Roppel having to interfere. Waldemar Roppel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Asteri, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. A collision led to Mercado Paulista F.C getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Armando Rosalio hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute of the match Caspar Rother sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ramon Tancredo skillfully saved the ball. Inocencio Matai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Waldemar Roppel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SV Klingsmoos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
